Domestic and international Shipping Policies 

Shipment processing time

Processing days are indicated on each item's page. Some orders will ship within the same or the next business day depending on availability. Order(s) labeled 2 - 3 day for completion means they will be shipped within 2 - 3 days. 

Orders may take longer than expected under some special circumstances, such as unexpected events or high order volume. Costumers will be notified in such cases and full refunds may be available if desired. 

Other orders may take 3 - 4 weeks for completion up to the shipping day. Order completion time is not the same thing as how long it takes to ship or how long shipping takes. 3 - 4 week completion means that the order is finished and ready to be shipped after 3 - 4 weeks. Earlier then 4 weeks is not uncommon.

NineAmulets offer FREE WORLDWIDE  SHIPPING FOR ALL PURCHASES BUT SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY

NineAmulets uses first class shipping for all deliveries in the United States and internationally.

  • Free shipping within the United States is sent First Class shipping 3 - 7 delivery
  • Free shipping internationally will vary from country to country and could take considerably more time, 2 - 4 weeks is not uncommon. NineAmulets is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carrier or other circumstances.
  • Multiple orders may be bundled in one envelope, with one shipping label. If you order two items with the same mailing address, they will be packed in one envelope with the same shipping label.   

Free shipping options | restrictions

  • NineAmulets ONLY OFFERS FREE SHIPPING TO EUROPE, UNITED STATES AND CANADA. More countries will be added in a near future.
  • If a faster delivery is desired, there are a list of options available for purchase. NineAmulets does not offer free fast shipping.

You can follow up or check shipment updates with your tracking number available in you order or e-mail communication 

Customs, duties, and taxes

NineAmulets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

NineAmulets is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you want to return an item due to an error or mistake in your part, such as a ring size bought by mistake, we'll be glad to accommodate your request. But in such cases orders must be sent back at the cost of the buyer.

If your return is due to an error from us, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
